Technical Assistance in Sharing Information in Juvenile Dependency Cases CFCC 03-12-LM
The purpose of this Request for Proposals is to facilitate the appropriate sharing of information among the court, the child welfare agency, education agencies and others. This solicitation is for services to continue efforts in this area. These services include educating judicial officers, attorneys, social workers, county counsel and school administrators on the legal framework for sharing information; consulting with courts in their efforts to establish memoranda of understanding and other agreements to share information in their counties; and conducting research and writing reports on sharing information on families with cases that touch both family and juvenile court, and on understanding Welfare and Institutions Code section 827.

Proposals must be received by May 7, 2012, no later than 2:00 P.M. Pacific Time.
