Each year, 10 percent of the state Equal Access Funds allocation is distributed by the Legal Services Trust Fund Commission as Partnership Grants. This funding is available for joint projects of courts and legal services programs to make legal assistance available to pro per litigants. Partnership grants are competitive. Legal services programs that have been found eligible as Qualified Legal Services Projects are allowed to submit a response to a Request for Proposal through an online application portal.
