This RFI seeks to identify entities and institutions provide Microsoft Unified Support Services. The following services should be available as a part of the support engagement:
- Special handling of critical issues and automatic escalation management
- Guided assistance to understand our risks
- Support in creating a plan to mitigate risk and optimize our environment
- Assistance in evaluation and testing new technologies and features
