Questions and Answers


The Judicial Council seeks the services of an entity with expertise in web design, migration services, and subscription based web hosting solutions.

The contractor will be expected to develop a strategy, design, build, and implement an online newsroom for the Judicial Council. The project includes but is not limited to the following: collaborating with the Judicial Council staff to refine content inventory, features, functions, and develop a strategy for the online newsroom Project; develop the designs; build a hosted online newsroom solution; content migration; quality assurance testing; user training; technical support and maintenance.

The funding available for this project includes (i) a range, not to exceed of $10,000.00 to $20,000.00 for design, build, and implementation of the online newsroom; and (ii) a not to exceed range of $7,500.00 to $15,000.00 for hosted solution annual subscription.

Questions should be directed to solicitations@jud.ca.gov and must be received by no later than 3:00 pm Pacific Time, July 31, 2015.

Proposals must be received by no later than 3:00 pm Pacific Time, August 17, 2015.
