Mr. David Fu is the principal of David Fu and Associates, a business law firm located in the San Gabriel Valley. Mr. Fu advises clients concerning real estate, general business transactions and litigation, and estate planning. He received his bachelor's degree from the University of California at Berkeley, his juris doctor degree from the University of West Los Angeles, and his Master of Law degree in Taxation from Golden Gate University. Mr. Fu is a frequent speaker before real estate and attorney professional organizations.

Mr. Fu served as counsel to the Chinese American Real Estate Professionals Association and member of the Executive Committee of the Los Angeles County Bar Association's Real Property Section. In addition, he served as the chair of the Real Property Section of the State Bar of California, 2012 to 2013, and as the chair of the Judicial Nominees Evaluation Commission, 2017 to 2018. In 2018 he was awarded Attorney of the Year for Solo and Small Firms, by the California Lawyers Association.
