The Judicial Council seeks to award a contract for services to one or two contractors (“Contractors”) to provide maintenance and repair for AV equipment and systems at Judicial Council Locations. Services include, but are not limited to, maintenance and repair, replacement of equipment and parts, installations, Judicial Council staff training and consulting, preventive maintenance, site visits, and reporting services. The Judicial Council expects to initiate various projects between July 2020 and July 2023 with possible extensions to July 2027.

Questions regarding the RFP should be submitted in writing to the Judicial Council via Solicitations@jud.ca.gov by Close of Business, Friday, March 27th, 2020.

Proposals must be received by no later than 3:00 p.m. (Pacific Time) on Friday, April 24th, 2020.
