Answers to Questions
The Judicial Council seeks to retain the services of a qualified construction manager at risk firm (“CMR(s)”) to submit to the Judicial Council a Statement of Qualification (“SOQ(s)”) and Fee Proposal (“Proposal(s)”) for the New El Centro Courthouse (“Project”). All qualified CMRs are encouraged to respond to this solicitation.
Questions regarding the RFQ/P should be submitted in writing to the Judicial Council of California via CapitalProgramSolicitations@jud.ca.gov on October 9, 2018, by end of business day.
Proposals must be received by no later than 5:00 p.m. (Pacific Time) on October 17, 2018.
