This RFI seeks to identify entities and institutions provide Microsoft Unified Support Services.  The following services should be available as a part of the support engagement:

  • Special handling of critical issues and automatic escalation management
  • Guided assistance to understand our risks
  • Support in creating a plan to mitigate risk and optimize our environment
  • Assistance in evaluation and testing new technologies and features
