The Judicial Council of California, Facilities Services Office seeks Proposals from qualified firms to provide professional Construction Management services for design and construction of the New Ukiah courthouse for the Superior Court of California, County of Mendocino.

The Judicial Council anticipates one (1) Master Agreement will be issued to a Firm under this RFP.

A Pre-Proposal Conference will be held via video meeting using Cisco Webex on Thursday, October 13, 2022, at 10:00 AM Pacific Time.

Questions regarding the RFP should be submitted in writing to the Judicial Council via Solicitations@jud.ca.gov no later than 5:00 PM, Pacific Time on Friday, October 14, 2022.

Proposals must be received no later than 5:00 PM, Pacific Time on Wednesday, October 26, 2022.

Only electronic proposals will be accepted.  For electronic submission of proposals, email your proposal no more than three (3) days in advance of the proposal due date to the following email addresses:
