The Judicial Council of California, Facilities Services Office seeks the services of qualified, properly licensed consultants with expertise in all phases of facility operations, maintenance, and engineering compliance of the construction and renovation of public buildings.
The Judicial Council anticipates multiple Consultants will be selected to enter into Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (“ID/IQ”) contracts with the Judicial Council for the consulting services they propose upon under this RFP.
A Pre-Proposal Conference will be held via video conference using Microsoft Teams on Tuesday, November 8, at 1:30 PM, Pacific Time.

Questions regarding the RFP should be submitted in writing to the Judicial Council via Solicitations@jud.ca.gov no later than 3:00 PM, Pacific Time on Wednesday, November 23, 2022.
Proposals must be received no later than 3:00 PM, Pacific Time on Friday, December 16, 2022.
Only electronic proposals will be accepted. For electronic submission of proposals, email your proposal no more than three (3) days in advance of the proposal due date to the following email addresses:
