California Statewide Collection Services for Court-Ordered and Other Debt, RFP # ECU-2013-01
This Request for Proposal (RFP) seeks proposals from highly qualified collection agencies to assist various judicial branch entities, and other governmental entities, with the collection of court-ordered and other debt due and payable from members of the public.
The Administrative Office of the Courts intends to award one or more master agreements to selected proposers who will agree to provide specified collections services on the terms and conditions set forth in the master agreement to any one or more of any of (1) the superior courts, Supreme Court, and Courts of Appeal of the State of California, (2) the counties of the State of California, and (3) other governmental or regulatory entities identified for inclusion by the AOC. The master agreement(s) will be for an initial two-year term with three one-year options to extend the agreement(s).
Proposals must be received no later than 1 p.m. on November 1, 2013.
