Cancellation Notice
The Judicial Council, through this Request for Qualifications (“RFQ”) is soliciting for qualified business entities/firms to provide design build services necessary for the renovation and adaptive reuse of the existing Los Angeles Superior Court facilities, located at 5925 Hollywood Boulevard, Los Angeles, CA (“Hollywood Court Facilities”). This project consists of approximately 45,000 gross building square feet with the estimated construction budget of approximately $26,000,000.
Proposal and written statement of qualifications must be received no later than 4:00 PM, Friday, March 6, 2015.
Requests for clarifications or modifications must be submitted to CaptialProgramSolications@jud.ca.gov no later than 4:00 PM, Tuesday, February 20, 2015.
