The purpose of this Request for Proposals is to secure a contract to provide the services of a Proposer with expertise in the evaluation of child support guidelines.

The services are expected to be performed for a period of approximately eight (8) months with an estimated starting date of May 11, 2021 through January 15, 2022.

The JCC’s Center for Families, Children & the Courts (CFCC) will coordinate this project. The CFCC focuses on juvenile and family projects that improve the lives of children through positive changes in the trial and appellate courts’ handling of matters involving children and families.

Questions regarding this RFP must be directed to solicitations@jud.ca.gov and must be received no later than 3:00 p.m. Pacific Time, April 14, 2021.
Emailed proposals are required for this RFP. Reference RFP Section 6.0 Submission of Proposals.

Proposers must submit their Technical and Cost proposals in separate  email attachments to the Solicitations Mailbox at solicitations@jud.ca.gov.

Proposal must be received no later than 3:00 p.m. Pacific Time, April 23, 2021.

Submission acceptance of proposals will be based on the date and time the email proposals are received by the Judicial Council.

Emails must be received prior to the due date and time or the proposal will not be accepted.
