Intent to Award
The Judicial Council, and the Judicial Council on behalf of the Supreme Court of California, the California Courts of Appeal, the Habeas Corpus Resource Center, and the California Judicial Center Library is soliciting proposals from highly qualified proposers with expertise in performing ergonomic assessments for current employees to reduce repetitive stress injuries, foster good health, and self-awareness and reduce compensation costs.
This RFP will result in an award for an initial two-year contract, with the possibility of three consecutive optional one-year terms to one or more qualified service providers.
Questions regarding this RFP should be directed to Solicitations@jud.ca.gov and must be received no later than 3:00 pm, Pacific Time, Tuesday, February 2, 2016.
Proposals must be received by the Judicial Council no later than 3:00 pm, Pacific Time, Tuesday, February 23, 2016.
