PLEASE NOTE:  This Request for Proposal (RFP) is not an open solicitation and is being solicited only to those Design-Build Entities that have been shortlisted through Request for Qualifications (RFQ) Number RFQ-FS-2021-26-AL. Those selected Design-Build Entities that have met all requirements of the RFQ phase and that are being issued this RFP can be found on the Notice of Shortlist found here:

The Judicial Council of California, Facilities Services Office is requesting proposals from those Design Build Entities that have been shortlisted through Request for Qualifications (RFQ) Number RFQ-FS-2021-26-AL. The Judicial Council anticipates one (1) Master Agreement will be issued to a Design Build Entity under this RFP to provide services for the design and construction of the New Lakeport courthouse for the Superior Court of California, County of Lake.

A Pre-Proposal Conference will be held via video meeting using Cisco Webex on Monday, July 18, 2022, at 9:00 AM, Pacific Time.

Questions regarding the RFP should be submitted in writing to the Judicial Council via Solicitations@jud.ca.gov no later than 5:00 PM, Pacific Time on Thursday, September 1, 2022 (revised 8/10/22).

Proposals must be received no later than 5:00 PM, Pacific Time on Friday, September 23, 2022 (revised 8/10/22).

Only electronic proposals will be accepted.  For electronic submission of proposals, email your proposal no more than three (3) days in advance of the proposal due date to the following email addresses:
