RFP Title:        Architectural and Engineering Consulting Services

The Judicial Council seeks proposals from firms to provide the services of qualified, properly licensed consultants with expertise in all phases of the design, construction, and renovation of public buildings. It is anticipated that selected firms will lead full teams of architects, engineers, related consultants, and/or contractors of various building trades if necessary for investigative or destructive testing.

It is anticipated that Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (“ID/IQ”) contracts will be issued to multiple Consultants.

A MANDATORY Pre-Proposal Conference will be held via video meeting using Microsoft Teams OR phone call-in on Thursday, November 9, 2023, at 1:00 PM, Pacific Time.

Questions regarding the RFP should be submitted in writing to the Judicial Council via Solicitations@jud.ca.gov no later than 3:00 PM, Pacific Time on Friday, November 17, 2023.

Proposals must be received no later than 3:00 PM, Pacific Time on Thursday, December 7, 2023.

Only electronic proposals will be accepted.  For electronic submission of proposals, email your proposal no more than three (3) days in advance of the proposal due date to the following email addresses:
