Court Receives Victim Restitution Establishment Request (ACC801) Data Sheet ACC801 Data Exchange Specification Updated December 2011	This data exchange will be used by the Trial Court to receive a victim restitution establishment request from an Integration Partner (IP) to create a victim restitution account in CCMS-V4. The following is a possible situation when an Integration Partner may wish to use this data exchange: IP researches and determines victim restitution information.
Court Receives Cash Bail Notification (ACC802) Data Sheet ACC802 Data Exchange Specification Updated January 2012	This data exchange will be used by the Trial Court to receive a cash payment request from an Integration Partner (IP). This data exchange is used to track a defendant's booking number and to create a case payment record in CCMS-V4. It does not affect the actual transfer of funds. Funds will continue being transferred in the same manner as they currently are by each IP (e.g., check, ACH). The following are possible situations when an Integration Partner may wish to use this data exchange: IP arrests a defendant on an active warrant and defendant posts a cash bail. IP receives cash bail on an out of custody warrant of arrest (not in custody). IP receives cash bail on a remand (where bail has been established by a judicial officer) (in custody)
Court Receives Bail Bond Notification (ACC803) Data Sheet ACC803 Data Exchange Specification Updated December 2011	This data exchange is used to create a bail bond record in CCMS-V4. It does not affect the actual transfer of funds. Funds will continue being transferred in the same manner as they currently are by each IP, (e.g., check, ACH). The following are possible situations when an Integration Partner may wish to use this data exchange: IP arrests a defendant on an active warrant and defendant secures a bail bond. IP receives bail bond on an out of custody warrant of arrest (not in custody). IP receives bail bond on a remand (where bail has been established by a judicial officer) (in custody)

The following are possible situations when an Integration Partner may wish to use this data exchange: IP wishes to notify the Trial Court of an interim order related to a case. IP wishes to notify the Trial Court of a final order related to a case. IP wishes to notify the Trial Court of an opinion related to a case.
Court Receives Remittitur Notification from ACCMS (APL803) Data Sheet APL803 Data Exchange Specification Updated December 2011	This data exchange will be used by the Trial Court to receive a remittitur from an Integration Partner (IP) to notify the Trial Court that the case is being transferred back to the Trial Court. The following is a possible situation when an Integration Partner may wish to use this data exchange: IP wishes to transfer a case back to the Trial Court
Court Sends Case Transfer to ACCMS Notification (APL901) Data Sheet APL901 Data Exchange Specification Updated December 2011	This data exchange will be used by the Trial Court to send a case transfer or subsequent document to an Integration Partner (IP). Some examples include: Case participant files an appeal. Case participant is found guilty on a death sentence. IP request additional documentation from the Trial Court.
Court Receives Cash Search Query (APP801) Data Sheet APP801 Data Exchange Specification Updated December 2011	This data exchange will be used by the Trial Court to receive a request for case listing information from an Integration Partner (IP). The following is a possible situation when an Integration Partner may wish to use this data exchange: IP wishes to search Trial Court records for any additional cases for a specific case participant.
Court Receives Calendar Event Request (CAL801) Data Sheet CAL801 Data Exchange Specification Updated February 2012	This data exchange will be used by the Trial Court to receive a request to schedule a calendar event from an Integration Partner (IP). The following are possible situations when an Integration Partner may wish to use this data exchange: IP wishes to schedule a hearing for a defendant or minor in probation. IP wishes to obtain a calendar date, time, and location prior to releasing a defendant on an own recognizance. IP wishes to schedule a hearing for a probation client seeking modification to probation terms and conditions.
Court Receives Court Resource Vacation Dates Notification (CAL803) Data Sheet CAL803 Data Exchange Specification Updated December 2011	This data exchange will be used by the Trial Court to receive court resource vacation dates from an Integration Partner (IP). The following is a possible situation when an Integration Partner may wish to use this data exchange: IP wishes to notify the Trial Court of their employee's vacation dates.
Court Receives Case Calendar Information Query (CAL805) Data Sheet CAL805 Data Exchange Specification Updated December 2011	This data exchange will be used by the Trial Court to receive a request for case calendar query from an Integration Partner (IP). The following are possible situations when an Integration Partner may wish to use this data exchange: IP wishes to know the next scheduled hearing for a specific case IP wishes to know the list of hearings calendared on a specific case
Court Sends Calendar Event Notification (CAL902) Data Sheet CAL902 Data Exchange Specification Updated December 2011	This data exchange will be used by the Trial Court to send a calendar event notification to an Integration Partner (IP). Some examples include: A hearing is scheduled. A hearing is vacated. A hearing is deleted. A previously vacated hearing is restored. A hearing is modified, (e.g., reasigned to another courtroom, rescheduled to a different day). A hearing is stayed.

Court Receives Case Summary Query (CAS801) Data Sheet CAS801 Data Exchange Specification Updated February 2012	This data exchange will be used by the Trial Court to receive a request for case summary information from an Integration Partner (IP). The following are possible situations when an Integration Partner may wish to use this data exchange: IP wishes to know the next scheduled hearing for a specific case. IP wishes to know the current case status for a specific case.
Court Receives Public Defender Assignment Notification (CAS806) Data Sheet CAS806 Data Exchange Specification Updated December 2011	This data exchange will be used by the Trial Court to receive an updated attorney assignment from an Integration Partner (IP) when the public defender or alternate public defender assigns or removes an attorney from the defendant's case. Hereafter, when public defender is referenced, it equates to the Public Defender, the Alternate Public Defender or an Entity Panel. The following are possible situations when an Integration Partner may wish to use this data exchange: IP assigns a new public defender or alternate public defender to a case. IP removes a public defender or alternate public defender from a case.
Court Receives Case Notice List Query (CAS807) Data Sheet CAS807 Data Exchange Specification Updated December 2011	This data exchange will be used by the Trial Court to receive a request for the notice list on a case from an Integration Partner (IP).The following is a possible situation when an Integration Partner may wish to use this data exchange: IP wishes to receive the list of participants that are on the notice list for a case in the Trial Court.
Court Sends Case Summary Notification (CAS902) Data Sheet CAS902 Data Exchange Specification Updated December 2011	This data exchange will be used by the Trial Court to send case summary details to an Integration Partner (IP) when the V4-BAT-CSM10 Generate Daily Case Summary batch job is executed by the Trial Court.
Court Sends Case Consolidation De-Consolidation Notification (CAS903) Data Sheet CAS903 Data Exchange Specification Updated December 2011	This data exchange will be used by the Trial Court to send a case consolidation or case de-consolidation notification to an Integration Partner (IP) when any of the following actions are ordered by the Trial Court: Case consolidation notification: The Trial Court consolidates more than one case, (e.g., same minor with two cases) into a lead case. Case de-consolidation notification: The Trial Court de-consolidates previously consolidated cases either due to a clerical error or judicial order.
Court Sends Public Defender Case Assignment (CAS904) Data Sheet CAS904 Data Exchange Specification Updated January 2012	This data exchange will be used by the Trial Court to send a public defender or alternate public defender case assignment notification to an Integration Partner (IP) when the public defender has been assigned to a case as a case resource by the Trial Court. Hereafter, when public defender is referenced, it equates to the Public Defender, the Alternate Public Defender, or an Entity Panel.
Court Sends Booking Required Notification (CAS905) Data Sheet CAS905 Data Exchange Specification Updated February 2012	This data exchange will be used by the Trial Court to send a notification that a defendant must be booked to an Integration Partner (IP) when this action is ordered by the Trial Court.
Court Sends Public Defender Assignment Confirmation Notification (CAS908) Data Sheet CAS908 Data Exchange Specification Updated January 2012	This data exchange will be used by the Trial Court to send an acceptance response to the case initiation request received via the CCMS- V4-CAS806 Receive Public Defender Assignment Notification data exchange.
Court Receives Collections/Franchise Tax Board Case Return Notification (COL805) Data Sheet COL805 Data Exchange Specification Updated January 2012	This data exchange will be used by the Trial Court to receive a collections fee return/update notification from an Integration Partner (IP). Please note this data exchange will be used by the Trial Court to receive any fee return/update notifications, including case balances. The following are possible situations when an Integration Partner may wish to use this data exchange: IP wishes to remove their agency as the assigned collection agency for a specific fee. IP wishes to no longer pursue collection activities on a specific fee. IP wishes to send information updates on the assigned fee.
Court Sends Collections Case Referral Notification (COL901) Data Sheet COL901 Data Exchange Specification Updated January 2012	This data exchange will be used by the Trial Court to send collection referrals to an Integration Partner (IP) when the V4-BAT-COL05 Generate Placement File batch job is executed by the Trial Court. Please note this data exchange will be used by the Trial Court to refer any fee to collections, including case balances.
Court Sends Franchise Tax Board Interagency Intercept Collections (FTB-IIC) Account Information Notification (COL902) Data Sheet COL902 Data Exchange Specification Updated January 2012	This data exchange will be used by the Trial Court to send tax refund intercept account information notifications to an Integration Partner (IP) when any of the following batch jobs are executed by the Trial Court: V4-BAT-COL08 Generate FTB-IIC Placement File - Creates the original fee referral file. V4-BAT-COL09 Generate FTB-IIC Transaction File - Creates the modified fee referral file which includes; additions, modifications, and removals from the original fee referral file.
Court Sends Collection Balance Update Notification (COL903) Data Sheet COL903 Data Exchange Specification Updated January 2012	This data exchange will be used by the Trial Court to send collection balance update notifications to an Integration Partner (IP) when the V4-BAT-COL06 Generate Transaction File batch job is executed by the Trial Court. Please note this data exchange will be used by the Trial Court to send any collection balance update notifications for fees, including case balances.
Court Sends Collections Recall Notification (COL904) Data Sheet COL904 Data Exchange Specification Updated January 2012	This data exchange will be used by the Trial Court to send collection recall notifications to an Integration Partner (IP) when the V4-BAT-COL07 Generate Recall Request File batch job is executed by the Trial Court, to notify them to no longer pursue collection activities on the fee. Please note this data exchange will be used by the Trial Court to recall any fee from collections, including case balances.
Court Sends Courtroom Order Notification (CRT901) Data Sheet CRT901 Data Exchange Specification Updated January 2012	This data exchange will be used by the Trial Court to send a finalized original or amended minute order to an Integration Partner (IP) when a minute order is finalized either inside or outside the courtroom by the Trial Court.
Court Sends DMV Priors Query (DMV901) Data Sheet DMV901 Data Exchange Specification Updated January 2012	This data exchange will be used by the Trial Court to send a request for DMV priors to an Integration Partner (IP) when a citation is saved.
Court Sends Abstract of Conviction Notification (DMV902) Data Sheet DMV902 Data Exchange Specification Updated January 2012	This data exchange will be used by the Trial Court to send an original or amended DMV abstract of conviction (DD1) to an Integration Partner (IP). For example: A case with reportable violations is adjudicated and/or a disposition is subsequently entered or amended on an adjudicated case.
Court Sends Failure to Appear Release Notification (DMV903) Data Sheet DMV903 Data Exchange Specification Updated February 2012	This data exchange will be used by the Trial Court to send a failure to appear release abstract (DD2) to an Integration Partner (IP). For example: A case participant, with a failure to appear hold on their license, subsequently appears in court.
Court Sends Failure to Pay Hold Notification (DMV904) Data Sheet DMV904 Data Exchange Specification Updated January 2012	This data exchange will be used by the Trial Court to send a failure to pay hold abstract (DD3) to an Integration Partner (IP). For example: A case participant is flagged for failure to pay as an outcome of the CCMS-V4 Failure to Pay (FTP) enforcement process.
Court Sends Failure to Pay Release Notification (DMV905) Data Sheet DMV905 Data Exchange Specification Updated January 2012	This data exchange will be used by the Trial Court to send a failure to appear release abstract (DD2) to an Integration Partner (IP). For example: A case participant, with a failure to appear hold on their license, subsequently appears in court.
Court Sends Failure to Appear Hold Notification (DMV906) Data Sheet DMV906 Data Exchange Specification Updated January 2012	This data exchange will be used by the Trial Court to receive a disposition error report notification from an Integration Partner (IP). The following is a possible situation when an Integration Partner may wish to use this data exchange: IP wishes to notify Trial Court of one or more errors from a previously submitted initial or amended disposition.
Court Sends Failure to Comply Notification (DMV907) Data Sheet DMV907 Data Exchange Specification Updated January 2012	This data exchange will be used by the Trial Court to send a failure to comply hold or release abstract (FTC) to an Integration Partner (IP). Some examples include: A request for an FTC hold or release abstract is issued by the Trial Court against a case participant.

Court Receives Proposed Order After Hearing (OAH) (DSP816) Data Sheet DSP816 Data Exchange Specification Updated January 2012	This data exchange will be used by the Trial Court to receive a proposed order from an Integration Partner (IP) in preparation of ordering and issuing order after hearing forms for any of the following case categories: Family Law (all case types). Juvenile (all case types). The following are possible situations when an Integration Partner may wish to use this data exchange: IP proposes paternity orders for a family law case. IP proposes a child support order for a family law case. IP enforces a spousal support order for a family law case. IP proposes an initial order for a juvenile dependency case hearing. IP proposes paternity orders for a family law case. IP proposes order(s) for a juvenile delinquency case hearing.
Court Receives Probation Violations Update Notification (DSP821) Data Sheet DSP821 Data Exchange Specification Updated January 2012	This data exchange will be used by the Trial Court to receive notice of a probation violation from an Integration Partner (IP). The following is a possible situation when an Integration Partner may wish to use this data exchange: IP wishes to notify the courts of probation conditions that have been violated.
Court Receives Draft Minute Order Notification (DSP822) Data Sheet DSP822 Data Exchange Specification Updated January 2012	This data exchange will be used by the Trial Court to receive from an Integration Partner (IP), a set of minute codes to create a draft minute order associated with a future hearing on a case. This applies to all the CCMS-V4 case categories. The following are possible situations when an Integration Partner may wish to use this data exchange: IP wishes to send in MOCS codes for proposed orders on probation violation. IP wishes to send in MOCS codes on probation recommendations.
Court Sends Parentage Inquiry Order Notification (DSP907) Data Sheet DSP907 Data Exchange Specification Updated January 2012	This data exchange will be used by the Trial Court to send an inquiry into the parentage of a child to an Integration Partner (IP) when this action is ordered by the Trial Court.
Court Sends Seal Juvenile Record Order Notification (DSP908) Data Sheet DSP908 Data Exchange Specification Updated January 2012	This data exchange will be used by the Trial Court to send an order to seal a juvenile case to an Integration Partner (IP) when this action is ordered by the Trial Court.
Court Sends Sentencing Report Order Notification (DSP911) Data Sheet DSP911 Data Exchange Specification Updated January 2012	This data exchange will be used by the Trial Court to send an order to complete a sentencing report to an Integration Partner (IP). Some examples include: Provide the Trial Court a criminal history of the defendant. Provide the Trial Court a report of family details or circumstances of the offense. Provide the Trial Court a recommendation for a sentence; months and/or restitution. Provide the Trial Court a recommendation of motion to expunge. Provide the Trial Court a fitness report. Court Sends Order After Hearing Notification (DSP913) Data Sheet DSP913 Data Exchange Specification Updated January 2012	This data exchange will be used by the Trial Court to send finalized Order After Hearing (OAH) forms and associated data (MOCS codes and text) to an Integration Partner (IP) when a family law or juvenile proposed order is finalized and issued either inside or outside the courtroom by the Trial Court.

Court Sends Juvenile Commit Abstract Notification (DSP919) Data Sheet DSP919 Data Exchange Specification Updated January 2012	This data exchange will be used by the Trial Court to send a juvenile abstract of judgment - commitment form to an Integration Partner (IP). Some examples include: A juvenile is committed to the Division of Juvenile Justice for acceptance. A juvenile is committed to the Division of Juvenile Justice for a 90-day period of observation and diagnosis.

Court Receives Accounting Reconciliation Report from EFSPs Notification (EFL801) Data Sheet EFL801 Data Exchange Specification Updated January 2012	This data exchange will be used by the Trial Court to receive payment information from an Integration Partner (IP). The Trial Court will use this information to reconcile payment data recorded in CCMS-V4 with the payments forwarded by the Integration Partner on electronically filed cases. The following is a possible situation when an Integration Partner may wish to use this data exchange: IP wishes to send payment reconciliation information on electronically filed cases to the Trial Court.
Court Sends Clerk Review Rejection Notification (EFL902) Data Sheet EFL902 Data Exchange Specification Updated January 2012	This data exchange will be used by the Trial Court to send a rejection response to an inbound request received via a data exchange subject to clerk review.
Court Receives Exhibits List Notification (EXB801) Data Sheet EXB801 Data Exchange Specification Updated January 2012	This data exchange will be used by the Trial Court to receive a case hearing exhibit list in electronic format, which gets imported into CCMS-V4. The following is a possible situation when an Integration Partner may wish to use this data exchange: IP wishes to submit an exhibit list prior to the case hearing on behalf of an attorney.
Court Receives Traffic School Completion Notification (FCC801) Data Sheet FCC801 Data Exchange Specification Updated January 2012	This data exchange will be used by the Trial Court to receive a traffic school completion update notification from an Integration Partner (IP) to identify the case participant as having completed traffic school. The following is a possible situation when an Integration Partner may wish to use this data exchange: IP wishes to send notice to Trial Court of case participant's successful traffic school completion.
Court Receives Traffic School Extension Request (FCC802) Data Sheet FCC802 Data Exchange Specification Updated January 2012	This data exchange will be used by the Trial Court to receive a traffic school extension request from an Integration Partner (IP) in an attempt to extend the date by which a case participant must complete traffic school. The following is a possible situation when an Integration Partner may wish to use this data exchange: Participant wishes to extend the date by which traffic school must be completed.
Court Receives Appearance Date Extension Request (FCC803) Data Sheet FCC803 Data Exchange Specification Updated January 2012	This data exchange will be used by the Trial Court to receive a case appearance date extension request from an Integration Partner (IP) in an attempt to extend the date by which a case participant must appear in court to address a specific case. The following is a possible situation when an Integration Partner may wish to use this data exchange: Participant wishes to extend the date by which they must appear in court to address a specific case or pay by date.
Court Receives Traffic School Enrollment Request (FCC804) Data Sheet FCC804 Data Exchange Specification Updated January 2012	This data exchange will be used by the Trial Court to receive a traffic school enrollment request from an Integration Partner (IP) to in an attempt to dispose a citation with a status of traffic school. The following is a possible situation when an Integration Partner may wish to use this data exchange: Participant wishes to dispose their citation by means of traffic school, and therefore, must gain approval from the Trial Court that the case and defendant is traffic school eligible.
Court Receives Payment Notification (FCC806) Data Sheet FCC806 Data Exchange Specification Updated January 2012	This data exchange is used solely to create the case payment records in CCMS-V4 and does not affect the actual transfer of funds. Funds will continue being transferred in the same manner as they currently are by each IP, (e.g., check, ACH). The following are possible situations when an Integration Partner may wish to use this data exchange: IP submits collection case payment information. IP submits victim restitution payments collected from participants. A case participant submits weekly payment-plan information.
Court Receives Case Participant Balance Query (FCC807) Data Sheet FCC807 Data Exchange Specification Updated January 2012	This data exchange will be used by the Trial Court to receive a request for case participant balance information from an Integration Partner (IP). The following is a possible situation when an Integration Partner may wish to use this data exchange: IP wishes to request for the balance due for a specific case participant.
Court Sends Credit Card Payment Authorization (FCC905) Data Sheet FCC905 Data Exchange Specification Updated January 2012	This data exchange will be used by the Trial Court to send a credit card payment authorization request to an Integration Partner (IP) when a payment with a payment type of Credit Card is processed by the Trial Court.

Court Sends Print Job Request Notification (FN902) Data Sheet FN902 Data Exchange Specification Updated January 2012	This data exchange will be used by the Trial Court to send print job requests to an Integration Partner (IP) for printing when the V4-BAT-TPB01 Batch Printing Extract batch job is executed by the Trial Court.
Court Sends E-Service Notification (FN903) Data Sheet FN903 Data Exchange Specification Updated February 2012	This data exchange will be used by the Trial Court to send to an Integration Partner (IP) the list of case participants that have opted to receive electronic notification of forms and notices generated on a case. The Integration Partner (IP) receives this notification on behalf of the case participant(s) and forwards it on to them. Some examples include: Trial Court generates a Notice of Hearing with form recipients that have a web service address. Trial Court generates a Notice of Case Re-assignment with form recipients that have a web service address.
