This data exchange will be used by the Trial Court to receive a victim restitution establishment request from an Integration Partner (IP) to create a victim restitution account in CCMS-V4. The following is a possible situation when an Integration Partner may wish to use this data exchange:
  • IP researches and determines victim restitution information.

Court Receives Cash Bail Notification (ACC802) Data Sheet

ACC802 Data Exchange Specification

This data exchange will be used by the Trial Court to receive a cash payment request from an Integration Partner (IP). This data exchange is used to track a defendant's booking number and to create a case payment record in CCMS-V4. It does not affect the actual transfer of funds. Funds will continue being transferred in the same manner as they currently are by each IP (e.g., check, ACH). The following are possible situations when an Integration Partner may wish to use this data exchange:
  • IP arrests a defendant on an active warrant and defendant posts a cash bail.
  • IP receives cash bail on an out of custody warrant of arrest (not in custody).
  • IP receives cash bail on a remand (where bail has been established by a judicial officer) (in custody)

Court Receives Bail Bond Notification (ACC803) Data Sheet

This data exchange is used to create a bail bond record in CCMS-V4. It does not affect the actual transfer of funds. Funds will continue being transferred in the same manner as they currently are by each IP, (e.g., check, ACH). The following are possible situations when an Integration Partner may wish to use this data exchange:
  • IP arrests a defendant on an active warrant and defendant secures a bail bond.
  • IP receives bail bond on an out of custody warrant of arrest (not in custody).
  • IP receives bail bond on a remand (where bail has been established by a judicial officer) (in custody)

  • IP wishes to notify the Trial Court of an interim order related to a case.
  • IP wishes to notify the Trial Court of a final order related to a case.
  • IP wishes to notify the Trial Court of an opinion related to a case.

  • Case de-consolidation notification: The Trial Court de-consolidates previously consolidated cases either due to a clerical error or judicial order.

  • Trial Court destroys the physical case file, thereby leaving the electronic case information in CCMS-V4.
  • Trial Court purges the electronic case information from CCMS-V4, as well as destroys the physical case file.
