RFP Title:    Construction Management Services for the New Fort Ord Courthouse 

 

The Judicial Council, through this Request for Proposals for Construction Management Services (“RFP”), is soliciting proposals as set forth below (“Proposal(s)”) from qualified firms, partnerships, corporations, associations, persons, or professional organizations (“Firm(s)”) to provide Construction Management (“Services”) to oversee, manage, and administer the planning, design, and construction of the New Fort Ord Courthouse Project (“Project”) utilizing the design build delivery method. 

The Judicial Council anticipates one (1) Standard Agreement will be issued to a Firm under this RFP.

A Pre-Proposal Conference will be held via Microsoft Teams on October 17, 2023, at 11:00 AM, Pacific Time

Questions regarding the RFP should be submitted via email to Solicitations@jud.ca.gov no later than October 25, 2023, by 3:00 PM, Pacific Time.

Proposals must be received no later than November 14, 2023, by 3:00 PM, Pacific Time.

The Judicial Council will only accept Proposals in an electronic format. Firms must submit their Proposals with all required contents in two parts: the Firm’s Written Proposal and the Firm’s Cost Proposal. The Firm’s Written and Cost Proposal files must be emailed no more than three (3) days in advance of the proposal due date to the following email addresses:
